If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! This salon is my one-stop shop for everything from head to toe hair, nails, brows, skincare, you name it. The staff is incredibly talented, professional, and always make me feel pampered and taken care of. I leave feeling refreshed, confident, and looking my best every single time. Had a biab manicure by Kamilla and was blown away by her precision and expertise. I’m extremely picky with my nails and am so relieved to have found someone I can trust. I hate really thick application of gel and she did a great job ensuring that the gel was laid on very thinly and naturally, even on my extremely frail, thin nails. Extremely pleased with the service. Tania has done an amazing job and nail art. Highly recommend it! Service is so good here, been 2 times for nails and today had my haircut by Ali. I am very happy with the result. He had such a great hand, easy going, he understood very quick how I want the hair to be cut and styled. Cannot recommend this place enough! I found this place and so glad I did! Mila did an amazing job of my gel pedicure today. Everyone is very warm and welcoming, what a lovely salon. The salon is a relaxing, and comforting space unlike many others. I will definitely be returning for more pedicures, and hair services too, as the results I’ve seen look great. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new extensions! The quality is amazing and they look so natural. The best part is that I don’t feel any heaviness on my head at all, unlike other extensions I’ve tried in the past. The service was also excellent – very professional and friendly. I've been getting my Brazilian keratin done regularly for over a year here with the stylist Stella. She is extremely welcoming and gives me a great service everytime. I am beyond happy with the results as someone with naturally extremely curly hair. My hair is left completely straight smooth and healthy ~ Rahma

I have been coming to this salon for a couple years now and I highly recommend Stella She is awesome, very prepared and extremely welcoming My hair were very damaged but thanks to her and her patience and care (and wonderful haircut) they are so soft now and I received lots of compliments ~ Angela F

I walked in without an appointment for the first time ever and was seen for all the services I needed- haircut, gel manicure and brows (threaded, my first time) and everyone was warm, welcoming and kind. Yissan washed my hair, and asked me questions about my hair throughout my time in the chair. Traveling abroad this week I knew I wanted to get my haircut and be open to any ideas for a new style and be a canvas for the hairstylist. Yissan is personable, knowledgeable, fun and an insightful conversationalist. Homa was the best - I had some bushy brows; my skin is sensitive and she showed me how to lessen it; after a while they were just quick pricks. Then she soothed my skin with cooling aloe gel. She trimmed my wild hairs and gave me further advice and now they look great. Yissan is right; she really is the best. Kamila cleaned up my cuticles and gave me the mani I badly needed. The nails are a classic red gel manicure and I love them. Kamila and I talked about art and energy & she gave me a hug afterwards. The salon was right next to my AirBnB, also convenient next to the Queensway Station and around the corner from Hilton just across the way from Kensington Gardens. They gave me 2 cappuccinos. (At home there’s no cappuccino)! Thank you for sending me off in style. I’ll be back next time I’m in London! ~ Amanda M
